October 21, 2017

An Esperanto Day will be held in the Town Hall, Conwy on Saturday 21 October from 10am to 5pm.
The day will include a group for beginners and near-beginners, led by Jack Warren, and a conversation group on current topics, led by Tim Owen.
There will be an introduction to the antiquities held at the Guildhall, and, weather permitting, a guided walk around the town walls. An optional lunch is available nearby for £8.
But we need to know you are coming to help with our planning, so please register so that we know to expect you.

Bill Chapman

Bill learned Esperanto 50 years ago and has travelled extensively with the language, crediting it with giving him the confidence to become fluent in Welsh.

Esperanto Day is his way of sharing some of what he's enjoyed with others.

Jack Warren

Jack is a regular teacher at the Esperanto Assocation's Summerschool and will be delighted to help those of you who are new to Esperanto try it out.

Tim Owen

Tim has led the Esperanto Association's discussion events for several years and will be on site to lead sessions about several themes. Some will be light-hearted, some will be topical; all will help you to speak Esperanto out loud if you've got a little bit of experience behind you.
